Performing Arts Classes for kids in JK-Grade 2!
What is SPC all about?
StrawBubs Performers Club (SPC) is a vibrant Performing Arts program for children in JK-Grade 2 (split into two age groups) including singing, acting and dancing. A great chance for your little one to explore the performing arts without committing to one discipline. At SPC kids can explore the magic of singing, dance and drama in a fun and welcoming environment! We nurture their confidence and encourage self-expression through fun, engaging and playful activities. It's all about allowing imaginations to soar and creativity to shine!
SPC Fall 2026 Program
The Fall SPC session runs for 12 weeks
on Monday evenings in Strathroy
and is divided into two age-specific groups:
SPC Kinders: Children born in 2021 & 2022
(Entering JK & SK in September)
SPC Grade 1 & Grade 2:
Children born in 2019 & 2020
Each class is carefully designed to suit the developmental stage and
abilities of the children in that age group, ensuring activities are fun,
engaging, and appropriate for their level
Throughout the 12 week block we will work on the following;
🌟Interactive Drama Games & Dramatic Delivery🌟
Ignite imagination and storytelling skills.
Learn to recite poems/lines with confidence and expression.
Focus on delivery, projection, speech sound articulation and gestures
🌟Explore vocal potential and build confidence🌟
Through a lively mix of engaging warm-ups, practical exercises,
and fun songs
🌟Dancing and movement🌟
To encourage coordination, balance and self expression.
🌟Sensory Relaxation🌟
The last 5 minutes of each class will be some sensory relaxation time with bubbles, lights and breathing work
🌟Christmas Presentation 🌟
This fall, each SPC age group will work towards its own special
Christmas-themed performing arts presentation.
The presentation will take place during the last class
of the block on December 7th during their
regular class time at St John’s Church.
These presentations provide a wonderful opportunity for children to
celebrate everything they have learned throughout the session while
sharing their creativity and confidence with family and friends.

SPC Kinders
Join Rudolph and his reindeer friends for a festive Christmas adventure filled with singing, dancing, drama, imagination, and plenty of holiday fun!This playful Christmas show is perfect for our youngest performers and will bring lots of smiles, energy, and Christmas magic to the stage.
Session Dates & Times:
Mondays 5:20 PM–6:00 PM

All students require a yellow SPC T-shirt as uniform for classes.
Class Fee + SPC T-Shirt: $240 + HST

(For students who already have an SPC T-shirt that still fits.)
SPC Grade 1 & Grade 2
Step into the spotlight for a magical Christmas performing arts experience!Through festive songs, exciting dances, drama activities, and creative storytelling, our older performers will build confidence while preparing for a fun and memorable Christmas presentation.
