  • What age range are StrawBubs classes suitable for?
Classes are designed for little ones aged 3 months to 5 years. Newborns under 3 months are welcome to attend, though they may not engage much just yet, feel free to come along and see if it’s a good fit for you. I find that older children who are about to start school can enjoy the classes just as much as younger ones. Often when coming along with a younger sibling they engage with them by singing songs and playing games like "peek a boo," which can create some very special and memorable moments. Ultimately, their engagement really depends on individual interests from the child and how much they enjoy music and movement.
  • I'm not sure which class to attend with my child?
I offer two classes options for you and your little one(s). Which one you should attend depends on their age/ mobility and nap schedules. StrawBubs Babies; This class is for any age baby not yet walking (3 months- roughly 15 months) Once they're confidently walking they should move up into the mixed ages class. StrawBubs Toddlers/ Mixed Ages; This class is suitable for any age baby, toddler or pre-schooler between the ages of 3 months-5 years. It's an ideal option for active little ones and those caregivers who want to bring younger siblings along. Younger siblings can join for half price. Although you're welcome to attend this class if you're attending with a younger non-walking baby on their own, I recommend the baby class as the best option for this age group! However if you want to join a class with a friend or attend a class that suits your babies nap schedule better the mixed ages is a great option to expose your little one to a wider age range of children. If you're still unsure of which class to book please send me an e-mail; strawbubswithsarah@gmail.com

StrawBubs welcomes anyone who wants to bring your little one along, be that a grandparent/ In-laws or any other adult. As long as your little one is accompanied by an adult who is over the age of 16 it's totally up to you who attends with them.
  • Can a second adult come along to the class with me?
Yes they sure can! Feel free to bring along a second adullt to any class. This can be anyone of your choosing; dad, grandma, grandpa! Due to space restrictions only one additional adult is allowed to join.
  • If I miss a class is a make up class available?
I try my best to offer make-up classes but this all depends on availability. If you're able to let me know as soon as possible in advance If you can't make a class this is very helpful. If available, make up classes will be offered on another class day that week, or you can attend two classes any other week within the class block time frame. Make-up classes don't carry over to the next class block. Please note you may need to travel to a different class location to get a make-up class (Strathroy or Byron) If you'd like to find out about make-up classes please send me an e-mail strawbubswithsarah@gmail.com or PM me via my social media platforms
